Technique work~ Break down proper technique on riding their bikes

Turn Track Thursday. Riders will start with warm up on main track, break off into groups on turn track, and Finish day with sprints/and or moto.

Riders will begin with warmup, assess what riders need to work on, fun Friday learning activity on track, rest of time will be free ride.
