Monthly training programs are created for the serious individuals that are dedicated to making a future in this sport. This is a full training program which includes fitness, nutrition, technique, endurance, and mental training.

10:00 – Stretching Warm Up
10:30 – Moto Training
12:00 – Lunch Break
12:45 – Moto Training
2:00 – Training End
2:45 – Workout
3:30 – End Day
